Tim Patrick Misses Practice With Knee Injury
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick (knee) and tight end Albert Okwuegbunam (knee) were both absent from practice on Wednesday. Patrick reportedly dealt with cramping in the Week 9 win over the Dallas Cowboys, but his practice status the rest of the week needs to be monitored. The 27-year-old has surprisingly been the team's best receiver each of the last two weeks, but fantasy managers shouldn't count on that continuing, especially with tight end Noah Fant coming off the COVID-19 list on Wednesday. If Patrick can play on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, he'll be a touchdown-dependent WR4/flex. Albert O caught four of five targets for 25 yards in Fant's absence last week before getting injured. With Fant set to return, Okwuegbunam loses what little fantasy appeal he might've had.
