Dolphins Prepping For Jacoby Brissett To Start Thursday
3 years agoThe Miami Dolphins are prepping for quarterback Jacoby Brissett to make his second straight start on Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens with Tua Tagovailoa dealing with a fracture on the middle finger of his throwing hand. He's listed as day-to-day, and the Dolphins are still hoping that he can improve his grip on the football. The Dolphins will take it to a game-time decision with Tagovailoa, but the smart money right now is on Brissett making another start in Week 10. Brissett was serviceable in his spot start in the win over the Houston Texans, going 26-for-43 for 244 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions and a lost fumble, but he'll be facing a much more intimidating defense on Thursday and will be a desperation QB2 in superflex leagues.
