3 years agoChicago Blackhawks goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury helped the team to secure a second consecutive win on Tuesday with 42 saves against his former employers, the Penguins. He was beaten twice by Jeff Carter in the third period, but the Blackhawks managed to secure two points in a shootout after Fleury made two saves. Fleury has registered only two wins this season in nine starts, but both have come in his last four appearances, which is a sign of improving form. However, the veteran netminder still carries an ugly 3.81 goals-against average for the season with an .892 save percentage. The team has responded well to a coaching change, but it's still a bit early to tell if Derek King has steadied the ship.
