Trevor Siemian Expected To Start Sunday
3 years agoNew Orleans Saints quarterback Trevor Siemian, who relieved Jameis Winston (knee) last week, is expected to start on Sunday against the Falcons. Even with Taysom Hill back healthy from a concussion, the Saints seem inclined to roll with Siemian under center, which speaks to their confidence in the former Bronco's ability to run the offense. Hill reportedly saw reps at quarterback as well, so he could see more usage than usual as a hybrid signal-caller of sorts, though it appears to be Siemian's show for now. The 29-year-old won't have much fantasy appeal, given the limited weapons in New Orleans and his lack of mobility, but could still post a decent stat line against the Falcons' weak secondary.
