3 years agoLos Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (back) was listed as a non-participant in practice on Wednesday due to a back injury. It sounds as though the Rams are just taking it easy on Stafford and most of the veterans on the team early in the week leading up to a Week 9 date against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday night in Week 8. Stafford has been a revelation in his first season in LA, and his connection with No. 1 wideout Cooper Kupp has basically been unstoppable all year long. The former Lions QB has gone over 300 yards passing in five of his eight games and has 22 touchdowns and only four interceptions. If he's active on Sunday night against the Titans, he's an easy top-five QB choice.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
