Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Shines Against Former Team
3 years agoOklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander played a strong all-around game in Monday's loss to the Clippers. Gilgeous-Alexander was the lone bright spot in a rough offensive night for the Thunder, as he scored a team-high 28 points with three triples on 47.8 percent shooting from the field, compared to his team's overall 38.9 percent mark. The 23-year-old chipped in seven boards, two assists, two steals and a blocked shot while committing just a pair of turnovers. Gilgeous-Alexander is putting up a career-best 18.1 shot attempts per game and has a chance at averaging a career-high in points per game with some slightly better efficiency.
