3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (calf) and left tackle Trent Williams (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. It's a new injury for Samuel, but Shanahan wasn't too worried about the team's top receiver ahead of a Week 8 matchup with the Chicago Bears. As long as the 25-year-old pass-catcher can get back on the practice field later this week, he should be fine to play this Sunday. Samuel had his third 100-yard game of the season in the Sunday night loss to the Indianapolis Colts and found the end zone for the fourth time this season in Week 7. Even with quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo struggling, Samuel remains a must-start in fantasy as the only real consistent receiving threat in San Fran.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
