Taylor Lewan Carted Off On Stretcher Monday Night
3 years agoAfter already losing Tennessee Titans first-round rookie cornerback Caleb Farley (knee) on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills, the team also lost offensive tackle Taylor Lewan (neck) to a potentially serious neck injury. Lewan was strapped to a stretcher and had his neck immobilized before being carted off the field to cheers of support from the home crowd. The left tackle appeared to be in good spirits (he gave a thumbs up), but Lewan could be facing an extended absence. It'll be a downgrade for the Titans running game and quarterback Ryan Tannehill moving forward. Kendall Lamm has replaced Lewan on Tannehill's blind side.
