Darrell Henderson Jr. Improving, Gets In Limited Practice
3 years agoLos Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said that running back Darrell Henderson Jr. (ribs) got in a limited practice on Wednesday and that "the expectation and anticipation is that he'll play, but not 100 percent sure." It's progress, but Henderson will need to do more in practice this week to convince the Rams and fantasy managers that he's worth playing in a Week 4 meeting with the Arizona Cardinals. Sony Michel handled 23 touches for 79 total yards in place of Henderson last week, with rookie Jake Funk barely mixing in. Henderson has RB2 upside in this explosive offense, but he's still up in the air as of right now. Michel will have RB3/flex appeal this Sunday against Arizona if he makes another start and handles the majority of backfield work.
