AJ Pollock Activated, But Not Starting On Wednesday
3 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers activated outfielder AJ Pollock (hamstring) from the injured list on Wednesday. He was not included in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game, but he is available off the bench for the game. Pollock missed about two and a half weeks with a right hamstring strain. The 33-year-old has been having a fantastic year, his best so far with the Dodgers. Over 107 games, he's slashing .297/.352/.508 with 16 home runs, nine stolen bases, 58 RBI and 46 runs. The Dodgers outfield isn't quite as clogged as usual right now with Cody Bellinger (ribs) on the injured list and Chris Taylor (neck) dealing with neck soreness, so Pollock should be in the lineup just about every day going forward.
