Jamison Crowder Still Not Practicing
3 years agoNew York Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder (groin) did not practice on Wednesday. Crowder missed the season opener while on the COVID-19 list, but he was activated last week and was still inactive due to a groin issue that has bothered him since training camp. The Jets are hoping that the 28-year-old slot man can make his season debut in Week 3 against the Denver Broncos, but even if he does, he'll likely be on a snap count, making him one to avoid in fantasy. Keelan Cole returned to the fold in the Week 2 loss to the New England Patriots, but he wasn't targeted at all. Surprisingly, Braxton Berrios led the team with 11 targets, and rookie Elijah Moore drew eight targets as Corey Davis was taken out of the game. Davis remains the best fantasy asset of the group, and Crowder's eventual return will make things cloudy for the rest of the bunch.
