Zach Ertz Tests Positive For COVID-19
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz tested positive for COVID-19 and was placed on the league's COVID-19 list on Monday. Ertz is vaccinated, so there's a chance that he will be cleared in time to play on Monday night against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3. He'll need to show no symptoms and produce two negative tests 24 hours apart. Fantasy managers should consider Ertz very questionable for this week. The 30-year-old had only one catch on two targets for six yards in the Week 2 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, and he has just three receptions for 40 yards through the first two games as the clear second option behind Dallas Goedert. If Ertz were to sit out on Monday, Goedert would become a more attractive low-end TE1 for fantasy managers.
