3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Noah Fant followed up his nice season-opener by finding the end zone for the first time this year in the 23-13 Week 2 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. At the end of the day, Fant was able to catch four of his six targets for 33 yards and the touchdown. His six targets were second on the team to Courtland Sutton, who drew 12 looks with Jerry Jeudy (ankle) out of action. It was nice to see the third-year tight end find the end zone for the first time in 2021, but he only had 5.5 yards per target and wasn't really utilized deeper down the field. The deeper shots will come. Fant has been heavily involved in this offense and will continue to be with Jeudy out for the foreseeable future. He will at least be a low-end TE1 in Week 3 against the New York Jets with upside.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
