La'el Collins Suspended For Five Games
3 years agoDallas Cowboys offensive tackle La'el Collins has been suspended five games without pay for violating the league's policy and program on substances of abuse, according to a source. While quarterback Dak Prescott had to scramble plenty of times against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers strong defensive line on Thursday night, the Cowboys offensive line did a pretty good job of protecting their quarterback in the season opener. However, Collins' suspension will be a notable loss for the remaining five games for Dallas. Fantasy managers are still starting Prescott and running back Ezekiel Elliott on a weekly basis, but this will be a slight downgrade for them. Ty Nsekhe or Terence Steele could start at right tackle until Collins' suspension is up.
