Clyde Edwards-Helaire 100 Percent Healthy And Ready To Go
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle), who dealt with an ankle injury last month, said he's "100 percent" healthy and "ready to go" for Week 1 against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Edwards-Helaire should be good to go as the leader of Kansas City's backfield in the season-opener ahead of backups Darrel Williams and Jerick McKinnon. CEH wasn't as consistent as fantasy managers had hoped in his rookie season, but he still provided some big games and is a great long-term fit in this explosive offense. He could see more volume in 2021 as well. Against a Browns defense that was one of the better units against the run last year, Edwards-Helaire is on the RB1/2 fringe for this weekend's game against Cleveland.
