3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Albert Okwuegbunam caught a team-high three passes for 23 yards on a team-high four targets in the 17-12 win over the Los Angeles Rams in the preseason finale on Saturday night. Okwuegbunam worked with the first-team offense in this one with Noah Fant (leg) sitting out due to a minor leg injury. His longest connection came on a 12-yard reception from backup quarterback Drew Lock. The 23-year-old managed 11 catches for 121 yards and one touchdown on 15 targets last season and is set to be the backup to Fant once again in 2021. Okwuegbunam showed flashes in his rookie season and might be worth a waiver-wire pickup in deeper leagues if Fant misses more time due to injury this season.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
