Ke'Bryan Hayes Triples, Scores A Run On Tuesday
3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates third baseman Ke'Bryan Hayes helped the team defeat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-2 on Tuesday. He went 1-for-3 with a triple, a walk and a run scored in the game. Hayes has been struggling at the plate over the last two months, but he's now recorded at least one hit in 10 of his last 12 games. He's been locked into the No. 2 spot in the Pirates' batting order, which has helped boost his run scoring. He's scored a total of 11 runs over 21 games in August. He's slashing .250/.323/.375 with five home runs and four stolen bases over 72 games on the year. Clearly the 24-year-old still has some areas for improvement in his game, but dynasty managers should continue to expect great things from him in the coming years.
