Alec Bohm Optioned To Triple-A On Sunday
3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies third baseman Alec Bohm was optioned to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday, according to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com. The move was made to make room for first baseman Rhys Hoskins, who was activated from the 10-day injured list. Bohm has struggled in his sophomore season, slashing .245/.302/.342 with seven home runs, four steals, 47 RBI and 46 runs scored over 111 games. His struggles hit a peak in August, where he's slashing .217/.280/.283 with four RBI, six runs scored and a 16:4 K:BB ratio over 17 games. He can be safely dropped in all redraft formats.
