Courtland Sutton Regaining Pro Bowl Form
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton (knee) appears to be regaining his Pro Bowl form of two seasons ago at training camp after he tore his ACL in Week 2 of last season. The Broncos continue to carefully manage his work as they did during organized team activities and minicamp, but Sutton has made "steady progress, and now you're seeing him make plays," offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur said. Sutton had 1,112 yards on 72 catches with six touchdowns in 2019, and he'll be looking to put his best foot forward before he's eligible for free agency after this season. While the situation at quarterback in Denver isn't ideal, Sutton has incredible talent and should lead Denver's offense in targets. He's currently being drafted as a WR3, and Sutton could return plenty of value in 2021 at that price as long as he doesn't have any setbacks with his knee.
