Lance Lynn Shines In No-Decision
3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lance Lynn continued his strong season in Friday's no-decision versus the Chicago Cubs. Lynn was yanked in the bottom of the seventh inning after allowing a leadoff single to Andrew Romine. Romine would come around to score on a sacrifice fly by David Bote off of relief pitcher Michael Kopech and that would end up being the only run charged to Lynn this afternoon. Lynn also allowed four hits with two walks and eight strikeouts during the outing. Lynn continues to enjoy a career year with the White Sox and is 10-3 with a 2.04 ERA. Next up for Lynn is a matchup versus the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday.
