3 years agoThe Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to a one-year deal with veteran free agent Carmelo Anthony. Anthony joining up with his friend LeBron James shouldn't be a surprise, but it'll be interesting to see how the Lakers deploy Anthony. They also signed Malik Monk on Tuesday, and while the two play different positions, they overlap a little in skillset at this point, because both are most valuable as shooters. Anthony is entering his age-37 season and played his fewest minutes per game ever last year, but he can still score enough to make him a viable late-round fantasy pick.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
