Max Muncy Returns From Paternity Leave
3 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers reinstated infielder Max Muncy from the paternity list on Monday and optioned infielder Sheldon Neuse to Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move. Muncy missed the weekend series against the Colorado Rockies but will return to a strong .272/.413/.565 slash line with 22 home runs and 59 RBI in his 283 at-bats. The 30-year-old All-Star should return to LA's starting lineup on Tuesday against San Francisco Giants right-hander Logan Webb. With Chris Taylor moving over to the 6 after Gavin Lux landed on the injured list, Muncy had mainly been playing the keystone before leaving the team last weekend. Get him back into your lineups for the rest of the week.
