Parris Campbell 100 Percent Healthy
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Parris Campbell (knee) is 100 percent and good to go for the start of training camp. Campbell had surgery in October of last year to address MCL and PCL issues in his left knee. He has played in just nine games in his two seasons in the NFL due to injuries, but the former second-rounder was medically cleared in May and should compete for first-team repetitions in training camp with T.Y. Hilton, Michael Pittman and Zach Pascal. If the 24-year-old can win the No. 3 job over Pascal in camp and develop some nice chemistry with new quarterback Carson Wentz, he could be an excellent low-cost receiver in the later rounds. Campbell was a breakout candidate last year before getting hurt, and he caught six passes for 71 yards in the one game he played in 2020.
