Miguel Sano Struggling, But Should See Regular Playing Time
3 years agoMinnesota Twins first baseman Miguel Sano has had a rough time at the plate this year, slashing just .198/.278/.426 over 72 games. He has just one home run over his last 51 at-bats. However, with Alex Kirilloff (wrist) undergoing surgery and likely to miss the rest of the season, Sano should find himself with an everyday role going forward. Fantasy managers looking for some power on the waiver wire should consider adding Sano. He ranks in the 92nd percentile in barrel rate (15.3%) and in the 93rd percentile in max exit velocity (114.3 mph).
