Daniel Berger Is The Class Of The Field In The Quad Cities
3 years agoDaniel Berger is the highest-priced golfer on the DFS slate at the John Deere Classic, and for good reason. The four-time PGA Tour winner is the only player in the field this week inside the top 25 in the official world golf rankings, and he ranks inside the top 10 in this field in a number of key metrics, including strokes gained on approach, opportunities gained, birdies or better gained, par-five scoring, proximity from 150-175 yards and proximity from 200-yards plus. The Florida State product is also coming off a seventh-place finish at the U.S. Open, where he gained in all four major statistical categories, including 6.7 strokes on approach. Berger is as safe of an option as it gets this week in the Quad Cities.
