Corey Seager Moved To 60-Day Injured List
3 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers moved shortstop Corey Seager (hand) to the 60-day injured list on Wednesday to make room on the roster for right-hander Bobby Wahl, who was claimed off waivers from the Milwaukee Brewers. It was reported recently that Seager just hasn't responded as the team had hoped from the fractured right hand that landed him on the sidelines in mid-May. The 27-year-old hasn't swung a bat since last week and will now definitely not be back until after the All-Star break. Last year's World Series MVP remains a must-stash in all fantasy formats. He was hitting .265/.361/.422 with four home runs and 22 RBI in 147 at-bats before his injury. Gavin Lux has been primarily filling in at the 6 for Seager and is attractive in most leagues for his upside in this stacked Dodgers lineup.
