Kyler Murray Expects Big Things From A.J. Green
3 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray expects new wide receiver A.J. Green to have a big year in 2021. "I expect A.J. to have a big year," Murray said. "I know a lot of people are sleeping on him. I know a lot of things have been said about him maybe not being able to do it anymore. … I'm glad he's on the team." Injuries slowed him in 2018, he missed all of 2019 and he had just 47 catches for 523 yards and two touchdowns in 16 games last year. Many are wondering whether the 33-year-old has much left in him, but Murray isn't doubting Green. Head coach Kliff Kingsbury has also been impressed with Green this offseason. Despite Green's impressive resume, fantasy managers shouldn't be expecting him to suddenly return to being an every-week starter across from All-Pro DeAndre Hopkins.
