Victor Robles Not In The Lineup
3 years agoWashington Nationals outfielder Victor Robles (knee) is not in the starting lineup on Monday after being hit by a pitch on Sunday. Robles should be available off the bench, which means that he could return to the lineup as soon as Tuesday. Gerardo Parra is starting in center field and is hitting seventh against New York Mets right-hander Jerad Eickhoff. Robles' lack of counting stats (zero homers, eight RBI, seven stolen bases) has made him a huge disappointment in mixed leagues so far in 2021. On top of that, he's hitting just .223/.344/.304 in 184 at-bats. His on-base skills have been his saving grace. The veteran Parra has a hit in only nine at-bats for the Nats this year and is a low-end DFS dart throw on Monday.
