Francisco Lindor Singles To Break Hitless Streak
4 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor came into Thursday night's nightcap on a 16-at-bat hitless streak which he broke with a single in his first at-bat off Rockies starter Antonio Senzatela. The bad news is he went 1-for-3 in the contest, which means he's currently on an all-new two-at-bat hitless streak. Lindor has been dreadful all year and even worse of late, with a .422 OPS over his last seven games to bring his season slash line to .185/.290/.268 with three homers and four steals. Fantasy managers have little choice but to hold onto Lindor, as it's hard to imagine getting fair value for him in a trade right now.
