4 years agoUpdating a previous report, Baltimore Orioles outfielder Austin Hays (hamstring) is currently dealing with a hamstring issue, according to manager Brandon Hyde. Due to the injury, he is sitting out Monday's game against the Minnesota Twins. Orioles beat writer Joe Trezza believes that the injury is nothing serious and that Hays is being held out as a precaution. DJ Stewart is getting the start in left field on Monday. We'll see if Hays is able to give it a go on Tuesday. He should be considered day-to-day at this point.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
