Max Kepler Out On Monday With Hamstring Injury
4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (hamstring) is not in the lineup for Monday's game against John Means and the Baltimore Orioles. He is currently dealing with a hamstring injury. Twins manager Rocco Baldelli told reporters that Kepler was "barely able to play" in Sunday's game due to the injury. Kyle Garlick is taking over in right field for the game and batting leadoff while Alex Kirilloff is slotting in as the team's No. 3 hitter, the spot Kepler has been filling lately. We don't know much yet about the severity of the injury. Kepler should be considered day-to-day.
