4 years agoBaltimore Orioles outfielder Austin Hays is absent from the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Jon Lester and the Washington Nationals. Ryan Mountcastle is getting the start in left field, Hays' usual post. Hays has been the team's everyday No. 2 hitter lately. He's had a decent season, slashing .244/.313/.454 with five home runs, 15 RBI and 23 runs over 31 games. He's worthy of a roster spot in AL-only leagues and deep leagues, especially ones with five outfield starters. Expect to see him back in the lineup on Sunday.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
