Taylor Trammell’s Hit Streak Reaches Six Games At Triple-A
4 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Taylor Trammell was recently demoted to the minors, but he hasn't let the short-term failure get him down. The 23-year-old has hits in six straight games and is batting .577 (15-for-26) with four home runs during that stretch. Most importantly, he has a respectable 2:4 BB:K after posting a 43% strikeout rate in 27 MLB games earlier this season. This breather could be exactly what Trammell needed to regain his footing after the slow start to the year. Not all prospects succeed during their first promotions to the majors, so there is no reason to give up on this talented young outfielder, especially in dynasty formats.
