4 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz went 2-for-5 with a pair of singles in Tuesday's game against the Chicago White Sox. It was his second-straight two-hit game. Cruz has been getting on base at a decent clip so far this month with a .293 on-base percentage, but he's slugging just .316 through May and only has one extra-base hit, a home run, over nine games. His season-long numbers still look strong as he has slashed .298/.352/.544 with eight home runs and 21 RBI over 32 games.
