4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Jake Cave is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game as the team prepares to face left-hander Logan Allen and the Cleveland Indians. Brent Rooker is covering right field in the game and hitting sixth. The left-handed Cave has gone just 2-for-17 with no extra-base hits, no walks and nine strikeouts against lefties this year. He's been regularly starting against righties, who he's performed much better against with a .204/.291/.347 slash line, hitting four doubles and one home run over 49 at-bats.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
