Stephen Curry Stays Hot With 33 Points Against Cavaliers
4 years agoGolden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry has been on a tear throughout April. He's scored over 30 points in each of his seven games and is averaging 39.0 points and 6.4 threes per game through the month. On Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers, he shot 12-for-25 from the field and 5-for-5 from the free throw strike on the way to a game-high 33 points. He hit four threes and also had four rebounds, five assists and an uncharacteristic two blocks. Curry is second in the league in points per game, averaging 30.7. His recent scoring surge has him in range of the current league leader Bradley Beal, who is averaging 31.0 points per game. Curry will look to stay hot on Saturday against the Boston Celtics.
