4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies outfielder Bryce Harper had a rough time at the plate in the team's three-game series against the New York Mets this week. He went 1-for-10 with a walk and four strikeouts in the series. Two of his four strikeouts came against Mets starter David Peterson on Wednesday. Peterson, not typically known for his strikeout abilities, had a strikeout rate of just 19.5% last year. Harper is slashing .231/.388/.410 through 12 games this year. He has two home runs, four RBI and seven runs. He's off to a bit of a slow start, but he should start turning things around soon.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
