4 years agoMiami Marlins catcher Jorge Alfaro (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup on Monday, batting eighth. Alfaro missed four games (including Sunday's suspended game) with hamstring tightness and there was some thought that he might be headed to the injured list. He must have recovered quickly over the weekend though, and will be back in there to catch Sandy Alcantara as he pitches against the Braves. Alfaro is off to a rough start both at the plate and behind it, but Chad Wallach will return to the bench for now and serve as Alfaro's backup.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
