Ravens Re-Sign Derek Wolfe, Tyus Bowser
4 years agoThe Baltimore Ravens re-signed pass-rusher Derek Wolfe to a three-year, $12 million contract extension, according to a source. Wolfe will earn $6.5 million in 2021. The team also re-signed linebacker Tyus Bowser to a four-year, $22 million contract. Bowser's deal could be worth up to $27 million with $12 million in guarantees. The additions are key after Baltimore lost both Matt Judon and Yannick Ngakoue in free agency. The 31-year-old Wolfe played 58 percent of the defensive snaps last year and has 350 career tackles, 34 sacks, 81 QB hits and 17 pass breakups. A second-round pick in 2017, Bowser has emerged as the team's best coverage linebacker after he had three interceptions and five pass breakups and a career-high 34 tackles in 2020.
