4 years agoChicago White Sox manager Tony La Russa was told on Thursday that third baseman Yoan Moncada (arm) could play third base on Sunday or Monday in a Cactus League game. Moncada is dealing with some arm soreness in the early days of spring camp, but the White Sox will be careful not to push him too much. The 25-year-old had a down year in 2020 and admitted that he struggled with his energy levels after battling COVID-19. Moncada slashed just .225/.320/.385 with six home runs and 34 RBI in 200 at-bats. You can wait to take him in fantasy drafts after his rough 2020 campaign, and with better health he could approach 25 home runs in a stacked Chicago lineup.
