Alex Bregman Has Slight Tweak In Hamstring
4 years agoHouston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman (hamstring) hasn't taken infield or batting practice with the major league team over the last two days because of what manager Dusty Baker is calling a "slight tweak" in his hamstring, the same hamstring Bregman strained last year. Baker said that Bregman tweaked the hamstring again while working out this winter. It shouldn't be much of an issue this early in camp, but it's something that fantasy managers might want to keep tabs on. Despite his down season in 2020 in which he missed time with his hamstring injury, the 26-year-old remains a top-tier fantasy third baseman and is worth selecting in the third or fourth round of drafts this spring.
