Kyrie Irving Drops 35 Points With Eight Assists
4 years agoBrooklyn Nets point guard Kyrie Irving was dominant in the team's 104-94 win over the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. Irving shot 8-for-17 from the field and was a perfect 17-for-17 from the line on the way to a game-high 35 points. He dished out eight assists and also had four rebounds, two blocks and a steal. Irving has been fantastic in the 17 games he's played this year. He's averaging 27.5 points per game and shooting 52.5% from the field. Irving and the Nets have two days off before they face the Golden State Warriors on Saturday. The Warriors rank in the bottom-third of the league in defense, so Irving has a good chance to deliver another strong offensive outing.
