Giants Looking At Eddie Rosario, Jackie Bradley Jr.
4 years agoThe San Francisco Giants are looking at free-agent outfielders Eddie Rosario and Jackie Bradley Jr. as potential outfield candidates. Bradley would fit in nicely in center field for San Francisco, as Mauricio Dubon currently figures to see most of the starts in center field. Bradley is an obvious defensive upgrade over Dubon and is a left-handed hitter. Rosario also hits from the left side and has been a much better offensive player than Bradley in recent seasons. He's been an above-average defender in left field and has hit .281/.317/.493 with 96 home runs from 2017-20 for the Twins. Adding either Rosario or Bradley would give the Giants more flexibility to platoon in the outfield with Dubon and Alex Dickerson coming off the bench. Bradley has drawn interest from the Phillies, Cubs, Blue Jays and Mets and had one of his best offensive seasons in the shortened 2020 campaign.
