Kawhi Leonard Drops 32 Points With Six Steals
4 years agoLos Angeles Clippers small forward Kawhi Leonard notched his third 30-point game of the year on Wednesday night against the Sacramento Kings. He shot 13-of-22 from the field, including 3-for-5 from downtown, and racked up 32 points to go along with five assists, three rebounds and a season-high six steals. Leonard has seen some of his stats take a dip so far this year. His points per game are down from 27.1 last year to 24.9 this year and his rebounds per game are down from 7.1 last year to 4.9 this year. However, his assists per game are up from 4.9 last year to 5.8 this year and after this recent six steal effort, he's averaging 2.1 steals per game, up from 1.8 last year. No matter which way you split it, Leonard is an elite fantasy contributor. He'll look to stay hot in the team's next game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday.
