Devin Booker Goes For 24 Points Against Rockets
4 years agoPhoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker scored 24 points while shooting 10-for-18 from the field and 3-for-4 from the line on Wednesday night against the Rockets. His 24 points were second on the team behind Deandre Ayton, who scored a season-high 26 in the game. Booker also had five rebounds, two assists and a block as well as six turnovers. Booker's numbers have been down pretty much across the board this year as he's adapted to playing alongside Chris Paul. His points per game are down from 26.6 last year to 22.2 this year and his assists per game are down from 6.5 last year to 4.1 this year. He's still providing strong fantasy value and should be a steady source of scoring and threes all year. Next up for Booker is the Denver Nuggets on Friday. In his last game against the Nuggets on January 1st, he scored 22 points on 9-for-17 shooting.
