4 years agoLos Angeles Rams quarterback John Wolford (neck) is questionable to return to the wild-card playoff game against the Seahawks on Saturday after taking a hard hit to the head/neck on a designed run play in the first quarter. Wolford started over the injured Jared Goff (thumb) and was moving the ball well on the second offensive drive of the game before suffering the injury. Wolford was 3-for-6 for 29 yards and could've had more if not for a dropped pass from wide receiver Robert Woods. Goff entered the game and was sacked as the offense settled for a field goal. With the way Wolford was performing early in this game, Goff might be a downgrade for LA's offense overall against a Seahawks Defense that has stiffened up late in the season.
