Terry McLaurin, Antonio Gibson Limited
4 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Terry McLaurin (ankle) and rookie running back Antonio Gibson (toe) were both limited in practice on Wednesday. Barring setbacks, both players should be active for the wild-card playoff game against the Buccaneers on Saturday night. McLaurin is the team's top wideout and caught 87 passes for 1,118 yards and four touchdowns in his second season. He found the end zone in the Week 17 win over the Eagles, but that was his first visit to paydirt since Week 9. The 25-year-old could be a boom-or-bust fantasy wideout with quarterback Taylor Heinicke potentially playing with Alex Smith (calf) injured. Gibson had over 1,000 total yards and 11 rushing touchdowns in his first season. The 22-year-old is the lead back but will also continue to lose touches to Peyton Barber and J.D. McKissic. Against a Buccaneers Defense that allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per game to RBs, Gibson will be a low-end RB1 for fantasy managers in the first round.
