Noah Fant Has 48 Yards To Close Out The Season
4 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Noah Fant caught four of his six targets on Sunday against the Raiders for 48 yards in the 32-31 loss to end the 2020 season. It wasn't exactly a great showing to close out the year, but Fant was quarterback Drew Lock's most reliable pass-catcher at the tail end of the season. The second-year tight end caught touchdowns in the first two weeks but didn't score again until a huge Week 15 showing against the Bills. The 23-year-old finishes with 62 catches (93 targets) for 673 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games. He probably would've had a better final line had he not suffered an ankle injury around midseason, but Fant battled through it. At the shallowest position in fantasy, he should remain a top-10 tight end heading into 2021. Fant is Lock's most trusted target, so he'll only go up if the quarterback play improves next season.
