Tim Patrick Does Little In Week 16 Loss
4 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Tim Patrick did very little for his fantasy managers in the Week 16 loss to the Chargers, catching three of his four targets for 39 yards. Patrick has been the team's most productive wideout this year in place of the injured Courtland Sutton, but he's slowing down to end the season. The 27-year-old has 49 catches (75 targets) for 696 yards and six touchdowns on the year, but he's had exactly three catches in each of the last three games, which have amounted to only 89 receiving yards and one touchdown. It hasn't helped that quarterback Drew Lock has been extremely inconsistent in his second season. The Broncos have a chance to finish on a high note in Week 17 against the Raiders, but Patrick will be a low-volume, touchdown-dependent WR4/5 for that one.
