4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Ronald Jones II (finger) has been officially ruled out for Week 16 against the Lions on Saturday. Jones also remains on the Reserve/COVID-19 list and was doubtful to play heading into this week after having surgery to put a pin into his broken finger before Week 15. Leonard Fournette took hold of Tampa's backfield last week against Atlanta and ran the ball 14 times for 49 yards and two rushing scores while adding three receptions for 16 yards. He could have an even better performance this weekend against a Lions Defense that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to the position, including 17 rushing touchdowns. Fournette will be a strong RB2 play on Saturday, with veteran LeSean McCoy serving in a change-of-pace role. Don't expect Jones to return in Week 17.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
